Chunky chocolate chip Skillet cookie
Fudgey, and gooey inside, it's the kind of cookie that you will be happy to eat with whipped cream (or ice cream ^^).
But the reason that make me love this cookie is you don't need to form it into individual piece, just press it into the pan, and bake, that's all!
With load of chocolate and small amount of flour, the center of the cookie taste like brownie while the outside is chewy.
Well, it's very easy to make, and I don't have any trick or technique for this cookie, haha. Just don't be surprised that the cookie will rise in the oven but it will fall and deflate into gooey delicious after it cool.
Serve it with a scoop of ice cream or load of whipped cream, it will be one of the best fudgey, and gooey moment in your life.

115 g .......................... Unsalted butter
1/4 tsp ........................ Salt
1/2 tsp ........................ Vanilla extract
160 g .......................... Brown sugar
1/2 .............................. Eggs (30g)
95 g ............................ All purpose flour
1/2 tsp ........................ Baking powder
1/8 tsp ........................ Baking Soda
40 g ............................ Dark chocolate, chopped (A)
30 g ............................ Chocolate chips
2 tsp ........................... Milk
40 g ............................ Dark chocolate, chopped (B)
40 g ............................ Pecan nuts, chopped
Preheat an oven to 170℃
Brush 20 cm skillet or cake pan with butter.
Beat the butter with salt and vanilla until smooth.
Add brown sugar and beat until fully combine.
Add egg and beat to combine.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl.
Put dark chocolate (A) and chocolate chips into the bowl and fold to combine.
Pour milk into the bowl.
Fold to combine.
Put the dough into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top.
Sprinkle dark chocolate (B) and pecan nut over the cookie dough press lightly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
The center of the cookie will deflate when cool.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, and enjoy!
