Mango Salsa
With the weather getting better, you might be planning for a barbecue party. For any party or get together, this summer, this Mango Salsa would be just perfect to include in the menu. This is one thing that could be made in just minutes time, when you have many other things to worry about. And its least likely that anyone would not like it. At our home, at the very sight of it, everyone just digs into it.
Serve it with some tacos, chips or nachos or may be just like a salad. they make one amazing starter.

- 2 large ripe but firm mango, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
- 1 medium sized green bell pepper/ capsicum, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp of chopped cilantro leaves/ coriander leaves
- 2 jalapenos, seeds removed and sliced
- Juice of a lemon
- Salt to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, take all the ingredients and mix it or toss it all together to spread out the ingredients evenly. Let it rest for about half an hours for the flavors to set in. Serve it with some nachos or chips.
- Take care while you mix the ingredients, to avoid mashing up the mango pieces.
